Great Hill Solutions is hiring a Task Manager, Master in Falls Church, VA to lead and manage a team providing business operations and executive support services to the DHA. This role involves ensuring the effective execution of tasks related to administration, executive support, facilities management, and tasker/correspondence management. The Task Manager Master is responsible for maintaining high standards of performance and aligning team efforts with the Defense Health Agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize, direct, and manage contract operations support functions.
2. Manage a team of contract personnel across multiple locations.
3. Maintain and manage meetings and interactions with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
4. Formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
5. Ensure conformance with program schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of similar size and complexity.
• Experience in hiring/interviewing candidates, supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and aligning with organizational mission, vision, and strategic goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with high attention to detail.
• Active Public Trust Clearance.
