JOB TITLE: RMED Senior Action Officer (Program Manager Master)
POSITION NUMBER: [To be assigned]
POSITION LOCATION: Falls Church, VA
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Onsite
ANTICIPATED START DATE: Two weeks after candidate identification

TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position

ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to support a Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiative.

SCOPE OF WORK
The RMED Senior Action Officer will provide cybersecurity policy and program support within the RMED division. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, establishing governance frameworks, supporting training initiatives, and managing key cybersecurity business processes and funding profiles for the agency.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, update, and maintain cybersecurity policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and manage cybersecurity-related training resources.
  • Support agency cybersecurity program initiatives, including risk management and compliance efforts.
  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operations involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
  • Maintain and manage senior-level client relationships.
  • Prepare and review policy proposals, program documentation, task plans, and deliverable items.
  • Ensure conformance with program schedules, milestones, and agency objectives.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.

Required:

  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) cybersecurity and risk management operations highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge in developing policy proposals and program documentation.
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing complex operational support functions.
  • Proven ability to manage senior client communications and engagements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust clearance (proof of citizenship required).

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
