Job summary

Palisociety is seeking a Task Force Housekeeping Manager to provide on-site leadership across a portfolio of hotels in Southern California. You will lead housekeeping operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring cleanliness standards during high occupancy, groups, and renovations.

You will also train teams, oversee onboarding, and align brand SOPs and local policies across properties while traveling regularly to support operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hotel housekeeping leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience directing, training, and holding staff accountable.

Responsibilities

• Step in as acting housekeeping leader at assigned properties, manage staffing, scheduling, service recovery and lead the team.
• Run daily housekeeping operations: inspect rooms, manage room status, coordinate with front desk to prepare rooms on time.
• Learn each property's SOPs and brand standards, lead cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Serve as a certified Property Brand Ambassador to maintain consistent standards across properties.
• Participate in onboarding and training for new housekeeping associates and rollout new standards.
