Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence)

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to identify a Senior Manager to join their Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) team. This team supports private equity sponsors and corporate clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering critical financial insights that inform valuation, deal structure, and risk assessment.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role offering the opportunity to lead engagements, advise on complex transactions, and work directly with decision-makers in fast-paced deal environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee multiple financial due diligence engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, building strong, trusted relationships
• Manage engagement teams and review detailed analyses and workpapers to maintain quality standards
• Present key findings, risks, and insights to stakeholders, aligning financial conclusions with transaction objectives
• Provide leadership across engagements, guiding teams through complex and high-risk areas

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee financial due diligence analyses, including:
• Quality of earnings
• Net working capital and cash flow analysis
• Identification of financial and operational risks
• Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights to support investment decisions
• Manage engagement timelines, priorities, and workflows across multiple deals
• Lead internal quality control processes and ensure all deliverables are client-ready
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching on both technical and professional skills

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• CPA required
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience in a transaction advisory or due diligence practice strongly preferredProven ability to manage deadlines, balance multiple engagements, and drive results
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts
• Experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, investment banking, or related M&A environments
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple engagements and teams
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
