Job summary

Brewer Morris in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence. This hybrid role blends hands-on diligence with client exposure and progression toward TAS Manager.

You will work on financial, accounting, and operational due diligence, interact with C-suite executives, and help identify critical M&A issues while building ownership and visibility within a Top 10 national CPA firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Transaction Advisory / FDD experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence projects and transactions.
• Interact with C-suite executives during engagements.
• Assist in client relationship and project management within TAS.
• Support the team in identifying and solving M&A issues.
