Brewer Morris in the United States is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Supervisor for a 100% remote role. You will lead Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements and collaborate with private equity firms, lenders, and business owners.

The position offers clear path toward Manager and upper management, exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience.
• 2+ years of TAS and/or Financial Due Diligence experience.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing QoE analyses and reports.
• Experience supporting buy-side and/or sell-side transactions.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification strongly preferred.

100% REMOTE | Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Supervisor | Top 50 National CPA Firm

I’m partnering with a highly recognized Top 50 National CPA Firm that is conducting a selective search for a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Supervisor to join its growing team on a 100% remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Financial Due Diligence experience who wants to continue developing within TAS while gaining exposure to a diverse range of transactions, industries, and sophisticated clients.

The team supports buy-side and sell-side transactions through Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements. You’ll work directly with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners in a fast-paced environment where no two transactions are the same.

What They’re Looking For
