Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence Manager in Washington, D.C. This hybrid role offers ownership of the diligence process, direct interaction with C-suite executives, and leadership of junior professionals within a fast-growing TAS practice.

You will lead financial and operational due diligence engagements, analyze performance in M&A contexts, and communicate key earnings and accounting issues to clients and targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience or 3+ years of TAS/M&A-specific experience at a mid-to-large firm.
• Strong FDD, financial analysis, and technical accounting capabilities.
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Our client is a Top #10 National CPA firm who are performing a select search for a Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence Manager who is interested in stepping into one of the fastest growing transaction advisory services practices in the country.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the diligence process, work directly with C-suite executives, lead and develop junior professionals, and gain increased exposure to business development and client relationships.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
