Job summary

Brewer Morris is assisting a Top 10 national CPA firm on a TAS Managing Director opportunity on the East Coast. This is a high‑impact leadership role combining business development, client leadership, team development, and complex transaction execution.

You’ll drive new business origination, lead buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements, advise on earnings quality, working capital, normalization adjustments, and SPA matters, and mentor senior staff while interfacing with C‑suite executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial statement-related professional services experience.
• 5+ years specifically within Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence.
• Significant experience with complex buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Demonstrated business development and practice-building capabilities.
• Executive presence with the ability to develop senior client relationships.
• Big 4 or other top‑tier consulting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Travel Required as Needed by the Team.

Our client is a Top #10 National CPA firm who are performing a select search for a TAS Managing Director within Transaction Advisory & Financial Due Diligence to join their East Coast TAS Practice which is one of the fastest growing transaction advisory services practices in the country.

This Managing Director-level opportunity is for an established deal professional who wants to combine business development, client leadership, team development, and complex transaction execution at a major national platform. This is not simply an engagement delivery role.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Drive new business origination and develop key client relationships
• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements
• Advise on Quality of Earnings, working capital, debt and debt‑like items, normalization adjustments, and SPA‑related matters
