Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst in Secaucus, NJ, to analyze tariffs, trade compliance, and financial/data reporting. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations, and support audits and management reporting.

Strong data skills and SAP/Python/Jira/Tableau Prep familiarity are valued. Eligible candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience in finance or data analysis, with advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or above in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the finance or data analysis field preferred.
• Advanced PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Independent problem solver with ability to decode large quantities of complex data.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and modify tariff tool raw data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and submit PSCs and Customs Protests to ensure compliance with US regulations.
• Conduct reconciliations among ACE data, AP data, PSC filings, and tariff tools.
• Investigate variances and compliance exceptions, implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for customs audits and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Customs Brokers, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
