You will document requirements, map processes, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to deliver effective business solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analysis, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience documenting BRDs/FRDs, process maps, and use cases across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and challenges.
• Lead requirements workshops and discovery sessions.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure business readiness for deployments.
