Job summary

PG&E's Strategy and Growth organization seeks a seasoned manager to oversee the interconnection and contractual relationship for renewable generation wholesale load entities into PG&E's transmission and distribution systems. You will develop and manage operations processes to ensure compliance with tariffs and regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy projects on time.

This is a hybrid role with remote and Bay Area work locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Job-related experience, 5 years.
• Knowledge and experience in contract negotiations.
• Understanding of regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day to day ETCM processes and activities to ensure successful, timely contract execution and interconnection project completion.
• Leads staff in client application processing, data entry, tracking and partnering with other departments involved in the process and communicating project status to client.
• Monitors team members' project portfolios for timeliness and adherence to process and tariffs; assists staff in handling project issues and provides workload forecast.
• Prepares regular reports and presents to Manager; investigates issues and proposes action plans to resolve; escalates complex issues as needed.
• Ensures good customer relations and satisfaction while seeking opportunities for improvement.
