Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 1 year of PG&E experience in project management, controls, planning, engineering, auditing, and/or construction; or 2 years of non-PG&E experience.
• Familiarity with interconnection processes and tariff documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages generation interconnection process.
• Interprets FERC and CPUC tariffs, rules and regulations.
• Develops, negotiates, coordinates and tenders interconnection agreements.
• Manages interconnection process from inquiry to settlement or first accurate bill.
• Monitors milestones, dates, tasks, and status; communicates with stakeholders.
• Identifies and addresses project performance issues promptly.
• Ensure timely execution of milestones and maintain compliance records.
• Proactively manage contracts and support clients and other PG&E departments.
• Manage a portfolio of interconnection requests and contract obligations.
• Maintain interconnection records and documentation for compliance.
• Manage deposits for engineering, procurement and construction, and ensure collection.
• Assist in project settlements and contract conversions as needed.
• Support risk assessments and internal controls programs.
• Assist with audits, data requests, and corrective action programs.
• Develop standards, procedures and training materials to support controls.
