Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Knowledge and experience in contract negotiations.
• Understanding of regulatory processes.
• Understanding of ISO Tariff, PG&E Transmission Owner (TO) and Wholesale Distribution Tariff (WDT) and Protocols.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day ETCM processes to ensure successful contract execution and interconnection project completion.
• Lead client application processing, data entry, tracking and coordination with other departments.
• Monitor team portfolios for timeliness and tariff compliance; assist with issues and workload forecasting.
• Prepare regular reports and present to Manager; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain strong customer relations and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate on tool/technology needs analysis and process improvements.
