Job summary

Center for Family Services is seeking a full-time case manager in Tampa, FL to provide on-site case management, social service coordination, and advocacy for residents of the housing community. The role focuses on health & wellness, financial literacy, job readiness & stability, and community engagement, with opportunities to lead programs and events.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs with community resources, managing data systems, communications, and ensuring housing compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience working with the program population and supportive housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or coordinate services to improve residents' quality of life in affordable housing.
• Coordinate programs and partnerships with community resources for residents.
• Lead on-site food distribution programs and community events.
• Track progress using data systems; monitor attendance and demographics.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars to residents.
• Ensure resident compliance with housing inspections.
• Manage site budget and provide technical assistance to resident associations.
• Attend mandatory trainings and occasionally work evenings/weekends.

Education
