Job summary

NewLimit seeks a Scientist to design, formulate and characterize targeted LNPs with antibody conjugates, Nanobodies, and scFv’s to enable extra-hepatic delivery. This hands-on bench role collaborates with Delivery Sciences and biology teams to build the targeting LNP platform for diverse pipeline programs.

The role requires a PhD or MS with significant tLNP design experience, plus expertise in conjugation chemistry, purification, and analytical methods like LC and SPR.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with relevant tLNP design experience.
• Strong formulation design skills for targeted LNPs.
• SAR-driven design, purification and characterization of tLNPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LNP compositions and conjugation chemistries for targeting moieties.
• Plan conjugation reactions and purification with scale and purity in mind.
• Test targeting lipids for the tLNP platform using SAR guidance for next designs.
• Develop conjugation chemistries in-house or with partners for in vivo testing.
• Convert discovery data into structural hypotheses and optimize LNP compositions.
• Present results and SAR conclusions in protocols and reports.
