Qualifications

• Knowledge of Arizona English Language Proficiency Standards and SEI Model.
• Ability to analyze student assessment data and plan language development.
• Experience planning targeted ELD instruction and collaborating with EL Specialist.
• Strong instructional planning and instructional resources development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning Targeted ELD blocks to align with Arizona standards.
• Collaborate with EL Specialist and site administration to deliver ELD instruction.
• Analyze data and participate in data conversations to guide instruction.
• Communicate progress to parents and admin to strengthen home-school partnership.
• Deliver Targeted ELD instruction to English Learners to develop proficiency.
• Model effective EL instruction and provide classroom coaching and resources.
• Maintain instructional records and progress documentation for continuity.
• Plan standards-based ELD lessons aligned to ELP standards.
• Support EL Specialist through collaborative planning and resource development.
• Provide professional learning and resources to teachers for EL practices.
