Qualifications

• Knowledge of Arizona English Language Proficiency Standards and SEI
• Ability to deliver Targeted ELD and model best practices
• Experience aligning instruction to standards and monitoring student progress

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing Targeted ELD blocks with EL Specialist
• Collaborate with EL Specialist and site admin to deliver high-quality language instruction
• Analyze student data to inform instructional decisions and set goals
• Communicate with parents, administrators, and staff on student language development
• Deliver ELD instruction to identified English Learners under SEI Model
• Model effective EL instruction strategies to accelerate language acquisition
• Maintain instructional records and monitor student progress accurately
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and PLCs for professional learning
• Plan and prepare standards-based ELD lessons aligned to standards
• Provide resources and support to teachers through collaboration with the EL Specialist
• Offer coaching and feedback to strengthen EL practices across the district
• Perform other duties to support Instructional Services Department
