Responsibilities

• Provide daily targeted instruction in English language development using SEI model for K-8.
• Implement evidence-based practices to support ELs in accessing core content.
• Monitor progress with formative assessments and adjust instruction.
• Collaborate with general ed teachers to integrate language supports.
• Maintain accurate progress records and documentation for compliance.
• Participate in professional development on SEI strategies and data use.
• Model differentiated instruction and support for teachers.
• Attend parent-teacher conferences as needed for EL students.
• Create a positive learning environment and ensure student safety.
