Responsibilities

• Order product as needed and rotate to maintain freshness.
• Engage with customers and provide quick, friendly service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow hygiene rules.
• Follow FIFO for labeling, dating, and inventory control.
• Assist production per recipes and department schematics.
• Receive products from vendors and communicate with leads.
• Work in a team and support department leads as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
