Qualifications

• High school education with some college exposure is acceptable.
• Minimum of one year experience in department production operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat appearance and comply with dress regulations.
• Cook Nixtamal; operate the dough mill; package and count tortillas.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Wear safety gear and enforce safety standards with team.
• Maintain sanitation per policy and health regulations.
• Assist in training associates when assigned.
• Communicate effectively within the department and with the organization.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
