Job summary

Odell Brewing Company in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Taproom Associate to welcome guests, guide them through beer and wine offerings, conduct tastings, and support events and tours on a flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a passion for craft beverages; you must be at least 21, able to work nights and weekends, and engage with guests to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable engaging with customers and resolving issues as they arise.
• Must have at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in a bar or taproom.
• TIPS certification required or acquired within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through beer, wine and food offerings.
• Conduct tastings and process transactions at the POS.
• Support special events and tours, and help create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain glassware standards and keep tables clean and organized.
• Promote ticket sales and assist with back-of-house tasks as needed.
