The role requires 21+ and is an in-person position. Compensation is $21.30 per hour plus tips, with benefits including medical/dental insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with 4% company match.

Position summary:

Reuben’s Brews is looking for a Taproom Team Member with an unrelenting passion for sharing craft beer, handcrafted food, and authentic events. The applicant who joins our team will be responsible for delighting our guests with exemplary service that matches the quality of our offerings. This position will be split between our Downtown and Ballard taprooms.

About us:

Reuben's Brews is a family brewery that opened in 2012. We brew from the glass backwards: designing each beer with intention, unbound by constraints. We know making the extra effort is worth it. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two taprooms, and two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. In 2025 we brewed 24,000 BBLs.

The role:

This role is responsible for the following:

• Service that delights and guides
• Quality assurance of all offerings
• Beer and merchandise stocking, maintenance, and communication of needs
• Safe, clean, and organized environment
• Taproom operations in line with SOPs

Requirements:

• MAST Permit Class 12
• Food Worker Card / Food Handler Permit
• Physical demands of the role include but are not limited to: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Often lift or move full 1/2BBL kegs (60-160 pounds).
