Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is hiring a Tap Room Coordinator in Boston, MA to lead the FOH team and oversee day-to-day Tap Room operations. You will supervise floor execution, manage guest experiences, and coordinate safety and service standards.

The role requires managing cash handling, training new staff, and maintaining high hospitality levels. Expect 12-hour shifts, weekends, and a focus on safety and customer service in a fast-paced craft beer environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in high volume retail/restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary floor manager for Support, Bartending, and Back of House during daily Tap Room operations.
• Open/close the Tap Room and ensure spaces are guest-ready and operational.
• Lead on-shift supervision, communicate schedules, priorities, and program details to coworkers.
