Job summary

A local brewery is looking for a motivated Shift Leader to oversee and inspire the taproom team. This role requires enhancing guest experiences and implementing training programs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for beer. Responsibilities include managing cash, staff training, and maintaining a positive environment. Candidates must be willing to obtain a Certified Beer Server Cicerone® and can expect to work 36-40 hours per week.

Qualifications
