A full-service provider seeks a Program Manager in Fort Knox, KY. This position leads the Army's Transition Assistance Program (TAP), ensuring optimal execution of transition services. The role is on-site from 0800-1600 Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an advanced management role, preferably in program management.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with the government and manage contract operations.
• Manage program and project teams for effectiveness.
• Provide oversight of the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Conduct command-level briefings to government personnel.
