CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking a Program Manager (PM) for the Army TAP (Department of the Army Transition Assistance Program). The PM for Army TAP is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the program. The PM will work closely with various stakeholders including Department of the Army (DA) representatives, other government agencies and CALIBRE senior leadership.
CALIBRE is offering potential relocation for candidates outside of the Fort Knox area.The PM is responsible for coordinating the management of all staff, work, and tasks performed ensuring the conformance with program schedules, and cost. The PM will oversee sites, facilitators, and FTEs disbursed in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The PM is required to manage all deliverables and the coordination of resources. The PM should have extensive training and experience in project management as well as a PMP certification. The PM must have experience managing a large staff in remote CONUS, and OCONUS locations. The PM should have experience with DA programs and Service Members. The PM is responsible to the Transition Director for the efficient and effective execution of the Transition contract. The Program Manager serves as the overarching leader of the company’s employees and will work closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative, government representatives and transition headquarters staff to ensure the proper execution of the transition contract.
The PM shall be onsite at Fort Knox, KY, Human Resources Command Headquarters, from 0800-1600 Monday through Friday except on federal holidays, when executing government authorized travel, or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons. The PM shall be available by telephone 24/7 and on federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
