Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Must possess a valid driver's license for state travel.
• Experience working in attics and crawl spaces.
• Able to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel within the region, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Load and organize supplies for TAP insulation jobs.
• Set up equipment and ladders at job sites; operate insulation machinery.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of equipment; perform basic repairs as needed.
• Assist homeowners and verify satisfaction with work performed.
• Travel regionally, with some overnight stays; cross-train in other pest control areas.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
