Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a versatile Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, and TAP insulation installation. The role includes construction tasks and customer interaction to ensure satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to work flexible hours. Training will cover pest control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect and treat residential and commercial properties; install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest insulation with quality service.
• Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction related to pest damage.
• Customer Interaction: Explain services and provide pest control guidance to customers.
• Service Delivery: Conduct exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
