Palm Beach Tan in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on sales goals in a commission-driven environment and requires energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position offers on-site work with flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assists customers in a professional, upbeat manner and educates them on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
