Palm Beach Tan in Nebraska is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This role rewards performance with generous commissions and growth opportunities, with entry-level sales training available.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean salon, sanitizing equipment, and assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner while educating them on tanning guidelines and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform housekeeping tasks for long shifts.
• Reliable transportation to work at varying shift times.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
