Job summary

VanTran Transformers is seeking a Tanking Team Lead to supervise daily Tanking Assembly operations on-site. The role focuses on keeping productivity high while maintaining safety, quality, and adherence to 5S practices.

The ideal candidate will have Tanking experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safe manufacturing. This is a full-time on-site position requiring coordination with other manufacturing teams and adherence to company policies.

• Experience working in a Tanking department.
• Ability to lead and coach a manufacturing team.
• Comply with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Tanking Assembly operations.
• Supervise team to complete transformer manufacturing with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain productivity while upholding quality and safety.
• Lead, motivate, and train team to meet targets.
• Support staffing and onboarding.
• Report machinery issues to management.
