VanTran Transformers is seeking a Tanking Team Lead to oversee daily Tanking Assembly operations on site. You will lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling coordination, and adherence to 5S practices across the department. This position is full-time and based in Texas with standard manufacturing hours.
