Job summary

VanTran Transformers in the United States seeks a Tanking Team Lead to oversee daily Tanking Assembly operations, drive productivity, and uphold safety standards. The role focuses on leading a hands-on team, maintaining quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and 5S practices.

The position requires Tanking experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach and develop team members while coordinating staffing and training efforts to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Tanking experience.
• Ensure team adheres to 5S practices at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and train team to achieve performance targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote skill development and accountability.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Tanking Assembly operations to ensure productive workflow.
• Lead and train the team to meet production targets with quality.
• Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Support onboarding and enforce company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report machinery issues.
