ConocoPhillips is hiring a 3rd Mate for Polar Tankers to oversee navigation, cargo operations, and safety programs aboard company-owned vessels. The role requires a USCG 3rd Mate Unlimited credential, a relevant marine degree, and the ability to work offshore for extended periods.

You will report to the Master and support the Chief Mate in daily operations. The position is based in the United States with rigorous safety protocols and offshore schedules.

Qualificações

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• USCG 3rd Mate Unlimited endorsement required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marine Transportation or foreign equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate vessel safely and maintain watch.
• Oversee cargo operations and safety program aboard the vessel.
• Maintain safety equipment and respond to drills and emergencies.
• Assist Master and Chief Mate in vessel management and operations.
