Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. seeks an E Operator to support refinery operations in Newcastle, WY. You will oversee tank transfers, monitor truck-loading racks, and assist with patrols of 60 tanks, following a 4 on/4 off 12-hour shift schedule with day and night rotations.

You will report incidents, watch for safety issues, and ensure adherence to environmental and operational procedures. PPE is provided to protect workers in all conditions.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience loading/unloading large trucks and trailers preferred.
• Experience with tank transfers and loading racks in refinery environments preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pumps, valves, and field equipment to move crude oil and products between tanks and units.
• Take gauge readings and record levels, temperatures, and pressures.
• Inspect tanks and equipment for leaks or unsafe conditions.
• Collect samples for laboratory analysis as needed.
• Coordinate product movements with control room and other operators.
• Assist with routine maintenance and safety/compliance procedures; support during turnarounds.
• Complete logs and reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.
