• Execute Look Ahead schedules for confined space entry and hot work.
• Logistics planning for heavy crane lifts and plate staging.
• Ensure API 650/653 tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe workplace and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Prepare detailed daily construction reports.
• Coordinate with inspectors, tank owners, and vendors.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure plan adherence.
