Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in industrial project management with AST experience, API 650/653 knowledge, and proficiency with JDE or CMMS systems. Travel to active sites and strict safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial project management, with AST inspection/repair exposure.
• Working knowledge of API 650 and API 653 standards.
• Experience developing scopes of work and multi-contractor projects in refinery environments.
• Familiarity with confined space, hot work, and H2S safety protocols.
• Proficiency with JDE (or equivalent CMMS) for work order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for AST repair, replacement, and capital improvement projects.
• Develop scopes of work, RFPs, bid packages, and contractor evaluations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate multi-discipline scope splits across mechanical, coating, civil, and environmental contractors.
• Interpret API inspections and translate findings into repair scopes.
