Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Detroit Refinery Tank Specialist to oversee construction and maintenance of the Tank Program. You will manage the construction organization, contribute to design reviews, and coordinate planning and execution across the refinery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with planners, coordinators, and contractors to keep safety, quality, and cost targets. A strong background in project controls and MOC is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in refining or petrochemical industries preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, planning, and execution of tank program.
• Oversee cleaning, inspection, repairs, and installations.
• Coordinate with planners, field coordinators, and contracting companies.
