Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support the Detroit Refinery. The role reports to the Supply Chain Director and oversees warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and staffing.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ warehousing or business relevant experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse operations including goods receipts, storage, picking, staging, kitting, and delivery.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and security; manages MRP and cycle counting with ERP systems.
• Develops and tracks KPIs; leads root-cause analysis to improve performance.
• Plans and executes short- and long-term warehousing optimization and cost control.
• Coordinates with end users and project teams for maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects.
• Provides guidance and development to warehouse staff; ensures health, safety and environmental standards.
