Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Regs Tank Fab Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Nacogdoches, TX. The role involves setting up and operating welding machines, laser cutting, and material handling to produce tank components. Expect a 2:00 p.m.

to 10:30 p.m. schedule with potential overtime and a competitive hourly rate plus shift differential. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, demonstrate safety focus, and follow work orders and PPE guidelines as part of a high-quality production environment

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Strong attention to quality and safety procedures.
• Willingness to operate and maintain welding and forming equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate welding machines, presses, shears, brakes, flanges and expanders.
• Coordinate daily production releases and load materials for welders and other stations.
• Monitor paint booth, apply paint to parts and verify cure temperatures.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and use manual/powered hand tools and gauges.
• Load materials, perform laser cutting and validate material thickness as specified.
• Operate overhead cranes and hoisting equipment and ensure safe material handling.
