• Relocation to within 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX, or active-duty military status qualifies.
• Preferred: Six Sigma or Green Belt certification and experience with lean practices.
• Experience leading cost-saving initiatives within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Zero Incident Safety Culture and align with quality priorities.
• Manage department operations and prioritize production requirements.
• Lead shift activity and coordinate with other supervisors to meet goals.
• Foster continuous improvement and lean manufacturing within the department.
• Review daily production reports and assign priorities to direct/indirect labor.
• Maintain equipment and safety compliance; coordinate maintenance orders.
