We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitor to join our Flagship team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our client facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
The physical requirements of this role include standing, walking, and sitting for long periods, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and talking or hearing. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facility equipment and trash, and must use the equipment safely. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
