Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across client facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, trash disposal, and responding to spills. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of experience, and can work flexible shifts.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months experience in commercial facilities/janitorial work desired.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Completion of significant safety training is required.

Mansioni

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and disinfecting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies and ensure hygienic conditions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting various areas within assigned area. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygienic conditions at all times. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies to ensure safety. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and other objects. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. 6 or more months experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions required. Completion of significant safety training is required.
