Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong general ledger and AP/AR processing knowledge
• Effective communication with vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented and collaborative

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts; resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing issues
• Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with policies and standards
• Generate management reports highlighting trends and variances
