You will manage vendor invoices, deposits, billing, and collections, with 3–5+ years of experience, a discreet professional presence, and strong data-entry accuracy in a supportive office. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, based on experience, with standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AP and AR cycle from start to finish.
• Accounts payable: enter vendor invoices, process check and ACH runs, and reconcile accounts.
• Accounts receivable: handle cash deposits, billing and collections.
• Pick up ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
