Job summary

Priority-1, Inc. in Tampa is hiring college graduates for Territory Manager roles to drive new business in B2B freight logistics. The location is Tampa, Florida, and the program includes a Fast Start training with upper management.

You will prospect, generate leads using CRM, and establish and manage the accounts you acquire, with an emphasis on energetic, professional presence and a strong desire to succeed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication).
• Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
• Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity.
• Sell and set up new accounts, managing the accounts you acquire.
• Participate in the Fast Start Program – 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.
• Engage in ongoing training and development provided by the Executive Development Team.
