Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, OD, or workforce planning.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; SHRM certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise talent acquisition strategy for ~30 hires/year.
• Lead employee engagement, culture, and employee relations.
• Develop leadership coaching and succession readiness programs.
• Support strategic workforce planning and org design.
• Provide workforce analytics and reporting (Workday, Tableau).
• Ensure compliance with employment law in a regulated environment.
