Job summary

Rocky Mountain Institute is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent and Performance (Finance) to lead performance management, talent programs, and workforce planning for a global organization. You will own succession planning, data analytics, and internal mobility while guiding the Talent Acquisition function with strategic leadership.

You will partner with senior leaders, design scalable processes, and drive equity across geographies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in HR/People Operations with program ownership.
  • Experience building and evolving full-cycle performance management across complex orgs.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and maintain process integrity without direct authority.
  • Experience leading change with senior stakeholders in compliant environments.
  • Experience building people analytics reporting and workforce planning with finance partners.
  • Experience supporting international operations and global compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve performance management programs including reviews, calibration, and promotions.
  • Develop resources and training to enable effective development conversations.
  • Oversee talent programs, workforce planning, succession, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Own talent acquisition oversight, strategy, and resourcing alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with People Partners to ensure equitable processes across geographies.
