Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Technology Operations Specialist to support Workday Recruiting, dashboards, and data integrity in a high-volume environment. This onsite role in Chesapeake, VA requires hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration and an ability to work with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams.

You will develop documentation, run reports, support compliance, and contribute to system testing and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR Operations.
• Workday Recruiting administrator is required.
• Experience administering CRM tools (Phenom preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates and end-user support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT for system enhancements and integrations.
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify process gaps with recruiters and hiring managers to drive improvements.
• Support compliance initiatives and training/documentation development.

Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Technology Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
• Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalation issues as needed
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Support compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Participate in system testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required)
• Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
• Experience in a high-volume or retail environment

Projected Salary Range: $69,000 - $77,500
