Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience within HR technology or talent systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of talent technology implementations with deep SME knowledge in two to three talent technologies.
• Deliver and project manage defined talent technology implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Plan activities within budget and timeline, and manage client expectations.
• Document configuration and ensure successful integration and migrations.
• Identify risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Advise on technical integration capabilities and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with team on best practices and exceeding client expectations.
• Track time and achieve utilization targets.
